Shipping
Every Magill hat is made to order in our Montreal workshop. Please allow 12–15 business days for your hat to be made and shipped. Hats marked Ready to ship ☆ ship within 2–3 business days. We ship with UPS, FedEx or Canada Post, and email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Canada & United States: free shipping on every order.
United Kingdom & Australia: flat rate of $130 CAD.
We don’t currently take online orders for other countries. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Returns & exchanges
You can return or exchange a hat within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we receive and check the hat, we refund the original payment method within 10 days, or send your exchange. Returns or exchanges aren’t possible after 30 days.
